Scott McPherson has deep experience in the Commercial Real Estate Finance, Brokerage, and Development business throughout the Southwest.

During the mid 1980’s, he was a Principal in a development company responsible for the completion of over 1,100 apartment units in Phoenix and Tucson along with an additional 50,000 square feet of class-A office space. He started the Financial Services Group for Cushman and Wakefield in Phoenix. While at C&W, Scott handled the brokerage of the 850,000 square foot Bank One center in downtown Phoenix.

In 1996, GE Capital hired Scott, where he participated in debt, equity, and tax-exempt bond financing in excess of $200 million throughout the Southwest. Scott held the position of Senior Vice President at Keystone Mortgage Partners/GMAC Commercial Mortgage, the largest Mortgage Banking firm in Arizona with regional offices in Arizona, Texas, and Nevada.
