KEN McELROY

As President of MC Management, Ken is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s portfolio, including but not limited to management, financial analysis, vendor/client relations, due diligence and business development.

Ken has over seventeen years of multi-family management experience, including management of a multi-state portfolio of over 20,000 units. In 1996, Ken formed McElroy Management, LLC, a third party apartment management company based in Phoenix.

Ken participates in many industry organizations. He was an Officer and Board Member of the Nevada Apartment Association; is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Multi-Housing Association and is a past chairman. He is an active member of the National Apartment Association and is on their Board of Directors. He is the current President of the World Entrepreneur Organization (WEO)/Young Entrepreneur Organization (YEO) Arizona Chapter.

As a real estate advisor to the Rich Dad Organization and Robert Kiyosaki, Ken has authored several products relating to real estate investing and property management. As author of the best selling book, “The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing,” Ken shares his past experience and breadth of knowledge with his readers. Ken has also spoken at various real estate and financial seminars and workshops across the country and around the world.
