A Phoenix native, Eric started his commercial mortgage career with Keystone Mortgage Partners/GMAC Commercial Mortgage. In 1998, he became Director of Underwriting, followed by promotion to the position of Vice President, where his duties included sourcing and negotiating third party debt and equity facilities for Developers and Borrowers. Eric is a member of the Arizona Commercial Mortgage Bankers Association and currently holds his Arizona Real Estate License.
